".... the most comprehensive and complete sports rehab course on the market. It includes neuromuscular, strength training and manual therapy concepts for athletic injuries of both the upper and lower extremity core. An understanding of the etiology of athletic injuries and the influence of poor mechanics and muscle imbalances will be presented. The course will include lecture, discussion, patient cases (video and slides) and lab. The etiology of overuse injuries and treatment concepts will be reviewed. Strength training concepts to include: physiology of muscle adaptation to exercise, and developing a strength training program to improve performance through periodization, plyometrics, OKC and CKC exercises will be presented. Attendees will leave the course prepared to implement their own sports rehab program."

I can't tell you how excited I was to find that Robert Donatelli would be teaching a course so close to where I live! However, I learned about this course coming to Spokane after I had already used my con ed money for the year. I recently bought a home and did not have the extra money needed to take this course. When I learned about the contest I responded immediately!

It has been a dream of mine to help young athletes prevent injuries. There are so many athletes in this area that would benefit from this knowledge! I would absolutely love to implement a sports rehab program and I believe this is the best sports rehab course on the market!
