Four Corners Exercise - Shuttle Balance

  • Balance one leg in middle of Balance Board
  • While balancing, move free leg to four perpendicular points OUTSIDE the Balance Board and Bar area
  • This will provide a significant challenge to maintain balance and a quiet board while "touching" all four corners

Casey has just started a new blog for SPort Rehab where he will be creating some exercise videos for the Shuttle Balance - the first being his Four Corners. Congrats Casey, and we look forward to learning from a Balance Guru!

In addition to being a full-time athletic trainer, Casey is also a part-time beer connoisseur. You can connect with him on his Facebook or Twitter page.

Thanks Casey!

Casey is Awesome!
Casey really knows what he is doing. He rehabilitated my ankle back to 100% after a terrible injury. I dislocated my ankle, completly snapped my fibula and had serious ligament damage in my ankle. I was hurt in a college football game in September and with his help I was able to play in my spring football game the next April. He also helped me gain all conference honors the next season! Casey always uses the best and most cutting edge techniques in his therapy, so when he says the Shuttle Balance works it does.
