Dr. Kate Mangione, Professor of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University

Dr. Kathleen Mangione, Professor of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University, is a board certified specialist in geriatric physical therapy. She has done a variety of research focusing on hip fracture patients. In the following study, Dr. Mangione used the Shuttle MiniClinic (predecessor to the Shuttle MiniPress) to demonstrate elderly patients can do high intensity exercise after hip fracture surgery:
