We've always liked how Michael Boyle thinks....
(ok, it doesn't hurt that Mike thinks the Shuttle MVP is a great product).
But we, like many others in the strength coach/personal training field, feel that Michael Boyle is a man rich in wisdom, insight, and education.
Well, there are other people who are also rich in wisdom and expertise - and Michael Boyle is recommending that you steal from them. He calls it Robin Hood Training. Everybody else knows it by the more common name of Continuing Education.
Think about it. By taking advantage of CE, you can steal from the rich (in expertise) and give to the poor (your clients who are looking for your help and guidance). And you end up playing the hero - you get to play Robin Hood!
