Let's talk baseball....

While football may be America's game, baseball is our national pastime (and the contrasts between the two sports are explained quite nicely by comedian George Carlin).
Shuttle Systems has been actively involved in the sport of baseball for some time now. Fifteen of the thirty Major League Baseball teams use Shuttle equipment - primarily our Shuttle MVP and 2000-1 machines. But we are seeing more and more coaches, trainers, and therapists incorporating the Shuttle Balance and MiniPress into their lineup.
So, in the month of April, we'd like to share with you what others are doing with their Shuttle equipment to help baseball players recover from injury and improve their performance. During the month, we will pass along interesting protocols, tips, techniques, some inspiration, and, perhaps, a little baseball fun.
But first, we want to invite you to join in and share any baseball insights that you might have - Shuttle related or not. We will post a weekly question on our Facebook page and Twitter feed, starting off by asking this question:
"What are you doing to bring a baseball player back from injury or improve their performance?"
So, come on everybody, "Play ball!"
