As we await the fate of the NBA season...
Mark McKown, Assistant Coach of Player Development for the Utah Jazz, was kind enough to share with us how he uses his Shuttle MVP.
Among other things, Mark has an interesting workout program he calls the "Twenty Series" - all based on twenty reps of different exercises using the MVP. With an emphasis on developing strength, endurance, power, and joint stability, the Twenty Series is a great way to improve athleticism as well as help players recover from injury.
Mark mixes in strength, stretching, and plyometric exercises to come up with a well-rounded program that challenges the Jazz players in unique ways.
