The Baylor Bears men’s basketball team...

is undefeated and currently ranked sixth in the nation. And, while we would love to take some credit for their success (they have three Shuttle MVP’s), we think more of that success ought to be attributed to their Strength and Conditioning coach, Charlie Melton.

Charlie Melton has done some interesting things with our Shuttle MVP. He started by creating an MVP protocol that was part of what he called his Five Zone workout.

Finally, Charlie has shared how he uses the Shuttle MVP as part of his upper body workout:

We really appreciate all the great work Charlie is doing with the MVP - and the creativity and pioneering spirit he brings to using it. We also want to wish him - and the Baylor Bears - the very best this basketball season.

Here's to an undefeated season!
