3. A recent study looked at the effects of neuromuscular training on the gait patterns of ACL-deficient men and women. Basically, they wanted to see the effect of perturbation training on ACL-injured athletes. Interesting study... so, I thought I'd share how you can incorporate perturbation training using the Shuttle Balance.

5. If you don't know Alex McKechnie, you probably ought to get to know him. He's the athletic trainer who rebuilt Shaquille O'Neal's body (using the Shuttle MVP, we might add). Mr. McKechnie is now the Director of Sports Science for the NBA's Toronto Raptors. He's a man to watch - and to learn from....
