Christmas - and the NBA season - are coming!
Mark McKown, and the rest of the NBA strength & conditioning coaches, are frantically getting their players in top flight form for the shortened season.
A few weeks ago we shared with you Mark's "Twenty Series" workout program - all based on twenty reps of different exercises using the Shuttle MVP. With an emphasis on developing strength, endurance, power, and joint stability, the Twenty Series is a great way to improve athleticism as well as help players recover from injury.
We shared with you his upper body MVP workout. Now, we'll share his lower body Twenty Series workout. It comes complete with dynamic warm-up, stretching, eccentric strengthening, and explosive plyometrics.
