When an old college buddy asked for some help in getting back into shape, Bill Jones, the former bodybuilder turned martial artist turned marathoner, said OK. But, they would have to train "athletically" - just like the athletes Bill trains in his physical therapy practice: Momentum Physical Therapy & Sports Enhancement.

Bill uses the Shuttle MVP, among other things, to help a select group of friends achieve their fitness goals. 

And it seems to be working quite nicely....
